Membrane sweep lost mucus plug

I am FTM and hoping to have a membrane sweep this Wednesday when I will be 40 weeks. I know I have to be somewhat dilated to have one, but haven't had a cervical check yet so I don't know if I'll be dilated enough. I haven't lost my mucus plug yet to my knowledge, so my question is this:.
